Nursing education at Yavapai College provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a registered nurse. The college’s Nursing Program offers associate’s degrees and certificates in nursing (ADN and LPN), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). This flexible program is offered in three academic tracks: pre-licensure, RN to BSN, and BSN to MSN. The pre-licensure track focuses on providing a comprehensive education in nursing, from fundamentals of nursing care to advanced concepts in healthcare delivery. For RNs looking to further their education, Yavapai College offers the RN to BSN program. This program can be completed in as little as one year, and provides a foundation in advanced nursing care and leadership. For those interested in pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Yavapai College also offers the BSN to MSN Program. This program includes courses in leadership, management, and advanced practice nursing, as well as an internship to gain real-world experience.
