Northwest Educational Center offers a comprehensive selection of nursing education programs. Our faculty consists of experienced, qualified and dedicated professionals who can help students develop the skills needed to become competent and successful in their field. We provide an array of educational opportunities ranging from certificates in practical nursing and associate degrees in nursing, to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in nursing and nursing research. Our faculty uses a teaching philosophy that emphasizes critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and patient safety. We prepare our students to practice nursing with evidence-based knowledge, theory, and skills. We also provide them with the tools to effectively manage healthcare resources and make ethical decisions. We believe that a quality nursing education must be tailored to meet the needs and interests of each student. Therefore, our nursing education programs are flexible and customizable.
