The accredited nursing programs at Ross Medical Education Center-Elyria are designed to help students develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills while building relationships with patients. We offer Associate's Degree and Diploma programs in nursing. The Associate's Degree program includes classroom instruction and clinical experience. We cover subjects such as anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, nutrition, geriatric care and clinical reasoning. In addition to the classroom work, our practical lab prepares students for the clinical setting. We offer hands-on learning opportunities to further enhance and build on our theory based coursework. Our graduates are prepared to take the nation's most technologically advanced licensure exam, the NCLEX-RN.
