Both programs are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they will need to become a successful healthcare provider. At NMJC, students can take courses in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, nutrition, and more. They also have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the current trends and regulations in the healthcare industry. The Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) program focuses on preparing students for entry-level care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other medical settings. Those who complete the program will be qualified to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
