Ross Medical Education Center Muncie (RMEC Muncie) is dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals through quality nursing education. By providing a combination of classroom and clinical instruction and practical experience, our instructors help equip students with the knowledge necessary to become successful, caring registered nurses. At RMEC Muncie, we recognize that nursing is more than just providing care. It is about understanding the needs of patients in order to provide the best care possible. Our students learn how to assess patient conditions, administer treatments, implement plans of care, and observe and evaluate responses to medications and treatments. Classroom instruction focuses on theory and the foundations of professional nursing practice. Clinical experience provides the opportunity to observe and apply theoretical information in real settings. We offer both diploma and degree programs, allowing students to select a route based on their individual goals and interests. Our diploma program provides the opportunity to become a registered nurse in two years, while the associate’s degree program takes four years of study. Our instructors ensure that students have the skills needed to enter the workplace upon completion of the program. At RMEC Muncie, we value the importance of hands-on learning. Through simulation and interactive experiences, our students gain a broader understanding of the practice of nursing. Our instructors provide guidance and mentorship throughout the program, ensuring that no student is left behind. At RMEC Muncie, we are dedicated to excellence in nursing education. We strive to provide a secure environment where all students can reach their full potential and graduates are prepared to provide the highest level of care. With our commitment to quality instruction and personalized attention, RMEC Muncie seeks to make an impact in nursing education and the health care field.
