The courses cover a broad range of topics such as health assessment, pharmacology, nutrition, pathophysiology, medical terminology, patient education, and communication. Graduates of the program are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). The BS degree program builds on the foundation provided by the AS program and focuses on advanced practice roles and roles within the healthcare system.
